The Nyanza Professional and Business Caucus (NPBC) — operating under the motto ‘Unlocking Potential, Transforming the Region’ — is a professional membership body representing the collective interests of business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals across Nyanza.

Guided by a renewed mobilisation agenda, NPBC is anchored in community-driven values and strategic advocacy.

George Odera-Outa is a multidisciplinary scholar and Associate Professor with advisory experience across government and international institutions, including the United Nations Development Programme and the African Union Commission. He brings strategic leadership and a global outlook to advancing the mission of Nyanza Professionals & Business Community.
